In an unprecedented action that demonstrates QSI's concern and dedication for their customers, QSI announced that all sound files for all locomotives equipped with QSI factory installed sound can be upgraded to incorporate some of the new features that are available in the popular Quantum Revolution Q2 architecture.

When will this files be downloadble?
As I can see, all the downloadble files in the Q1a list are still the old ones.

...and still true today, nearly two weeks after the announcement, even though the new nnn-xv7-40-x.q1a files are all shown as "available" at the bottom of the page. All of the links still point to older versions.
What are we missing?
