Alert - NCE D13 Decoder Miswiring

NCE Decoders

A small quantity of NCE D13SR and/or D13SRP decoders were shipped from the factory with two wires improperly soldered to the decoder. The black wire was soldered to the gray wire location and vice versa. NCE will replace any decoders with this mistake. The pictures below will help to identify the problem. The affected decoders were built on January 24th and shipped between January 25, 2006 and February 15, 2006.
