Everybody in model railroading loves the popular F7's. In fact, more "F" type HO locos have been produced than any other configuration.

If you have been waiting for F7's with great detail and smooth powerful operation then the new hi-tech F7 releases from Intermountain are just what you have been looking for.

We just received our first shipment late last week and installed a Soundtraxx 820040, DSD PnP in the B unit. the PnP decoder replaces the model circuit board. The frame of the loco has a speaker area in the rear section and we installed without modification a Tony's 1" speaker in our SpeakEZ enclosure. Sound and running performance were great!

We installed a TTE/RS2 PnP decoder into the A unit. The NCE decoders default speed table matches the Soundtraxx's default table so we did not have to program the loadable speed tables.

We ran the A&B units for over 18 hours at the Big E show without a hitch.
