Lenz LE0511 Delayed, Other Lenz News

LE0511W

This is our new Select Drive decoder to replace our popular LE077XF. The new release date is May 15th. We are sorry for the delay but hope you understand.

LE062XF

This decoder will no longer be produced under our Digital plus line. Instead it will be produced under the Atlas Master DCC line. As such warranty and service will change from Lenz to Atlas. We made this change to allow for a clear demarcation of the two lines.

In North America the Lenz Agency will also distribute the Atlas line to provide our dealers easier access to the products. We expect our first shipment of LE062XF decoders in a week or so and will begin filling backorders. There will be no price change as a result of this product adjustment.

RailCom

Many of you have asked when we will release RailCom products for our systems. We have been asked by the DCC WG to delay production to allow time for the RPs to be finalized. This allows them to make further changes without impacting released product. We have freely shared our research with the entire DCC community and have agreed to this delay as our intent as always is to build upon a multi manufacturer base.

The beta products work really great so hopefully this will not be to much of a delay.

LH90

Expect a release in early June. We have the beta in hand and are now working through the user interface.
