New NCE D18SR, D18SR-PSC Decoders

NCE has released a new series of decoders:

The D18SR shares the same integrated DCC plug format as the KRSSR but features 4 more function outputs. The D18SR-PSC is the D18SR circuit board assembly with special JST connectors and is a specific pnp unit for the Precision Scale ON30 K27.
