Here is the info on CV115.

Page 43 of the Tsunami Steam Sound Users Guide gives instructions for programming the Dual Whistle mode. It says in part:

"1. As noted on the product packaging, the SP 4449 whistle is Whistle 4. From table K, this is selected with a CV setting of 3."

The back of the registration card enclosed with the decoder says SP 4449 Whistle is number 3. Frisco #1522 is listed as 0, not #1. Obviously, these are CV settings, and not whistle numbers. If you mail in the Registration card, you lose this list. Not a good idea.
